For infrastructure projects, the debt performance of Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) is stronger than non-PPPs, according to new data from Moody’s. For PPPs, debt reaches investment grade performance 4 years faster in high income countries and 9 years faster in middle and low-income countries.
